We care for our employees by covering 100% of employee health, dental, and vision premiums, as well as covering a portion of dependent premiums. CLS gives employees the option of enrolling in a High Deductible Health Plan, with a Health Savings Account. CLS also offers flex spending accounts.

We are flexible.
Most employees work a hybrid schedule, working most days in the office and some days from home. Schedules vary depending on the position and needs of the unit, the team, and our clients, and are arranged directly with the employee’s supervisor.

Taking time off is important for employee wellness, and we encourage our employees to take their time off. We offer 13 paid holidays per year and generous annual and health leave which accrue each pay period. Our leave policies also provide up to 4 personal days per year and allow for paid bereavement leave, health leave, and parental leave – to name a few.

We contribute $200 per month to your retirement through a 403(b) plan and CLS provides a 100% match up to 3% of your salary.
