Once we hear from you, a member of our team will need to talk to you about your eligibility for our services and if any resources are available. All applicants must complete an intake process.

In-Person Eviction Clinics
We provide in-person legal help for eviction cases at certain courthouses across the state. Our attorneys and paralegals there can meet with tenants to talk about their pending case. If you qualify and we have availability, we may be able to represent you or give you legal advice.
Important: Help is only available at the courthouse listed on your summons and on the same day as your court date. Be sure to bring your summons and any documents related to your case, and try to arrive early.

On the third Wednesday of every month, people in need of help with family law matters can apply for our services at the Self-Help Center at the Denver District Courthouse (Denver City & County Building, Room 281), from 9 a.m.-noon and 1-3 p.m.
